Samsung seems to be preparing the next addition to its affordable A-series lineup. After releasing the Galaxy A07 4G in India a few weeks ago, signs of a 5G version have started showing up online. Recent activity on certification platforms and Samsung’s own website suggests that the Galaxy A07 5G could be on the verge of an official announcement.

Bluetooth SIG Listing Hints at the Device

A new entry on the Bluetooth SIG database has revealed several model numbers linked to an unannounced Samsung smartphone. The IDs SM-A076B/DS, SM-A076M/DS, and SM-A076M are widely believed to correspond to the Galaxy A07 5G.
Alongside these, the listing also includes model numbers beginning with SM-M076 and SM-E076, which are expected to belong to the upcoming Galaxy M07 5G and Galaxy F07 5G.

The certification doesn’t confirm specifications, but it does indicate that Samsung has moved into the final stages before launch.

Support Pages Go Live in Multiple Countries

Another strong sign of an upcoming debut is the activation of the phone’s support pages. Samsung has already published help documentation for the Galaxy A07 5G on its regional websites in the US, Spain, and New Zealand.
Samsung usually makes these pages public shortly before a new model is introduced, suggesting that the announcement is not far away.

Industry reports point to a launch timeline sometime later this month or early January, placing it ahead of Samsung’s next major Unpacked event scheduled for 2026.

A Look Back at the Galaxy A07 4G

Since the 5G model has not yet been detailed, the existing 4G version gives us an idea of where the series currently stands. The Galaxy A07 4G arrived in India priced at ₹8,999 for the 4GB/64GB configuration and comes in Black, Green, and Light Violet.

The phone includes a 6.7-inch HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate, along with an IP54 rating for protection against dust and splashes. Samsung uses the MediaTek Helio G99 chip for this variant, paired with Android 15 and One UI 7. The company has committed to six major Android updates and six years of security patches, which is unusually generous for a budget device.

On the camera front, the 4G model carries a 50MP main sensor, a 2MP depth camera, and an 8MP front camera. It runs on a 5,000mAh battery with 25W charging support.

Launch Expectations for the 5G Version

While Samsung has not shared hardware information for the Galaxy A07 5G, the recent certifications and support listings leave little doubt that the phone is nearly ready. The 5G upgrade will likely position it as a more capable option in the entry-level range, complementing the existing 4G model rather than replacing it.

Final Thoughts

With Bluetooth SIG approval and support pages now visible, the Galaxy A07 5G appears close to launch. Samsung’s strategy of releasing both 4G and 5G variants gives budget buyers more flexibility, and the early signs suggest that the new model could arrive very soon. Full specifications should become clear once Samsung makes the announcement official.
